With 220 students registered, we need more caring adults to help. Volunteers serve as teachers, table leaders, lunch and snack helpers, check-in/check-out leaders, drivers, and goodie-bag makers.
Classes take place during the school day, at lunch and recess, at schools in the Northwest, Washington-Nile, and Minford districts.
Safety comes first
Every volunteer completes an application, a background check, and our child-safety training before serving. Submitting an application doesn’t automatically authorize anyone to serve with students; Compass leadership confirms each volunteer.
